Have you been searching for your place in this world and the lack of connection is so lonely it is almost unbearable? Are you struggling with your health or are you tired of people telling you it is all in your head or just for attention? Are you tired of people telling you how you should be showing up in this world and starting to lose hope?

If any of this describes you or your family, I can help. I have lived experiences that help me to relate to you in ways I otherwise couldn't- as a child, as a parent, and as a professional. I understand your journey is unique and so your path to healing will be uniquely crafted to fit you. I work with people who are tired of the heart-wrenching pain in their lives and ready and willing to make some changes. However, I can’t change for you but if you show up and put in the hard work I can help guide and support you through the process.

My approach to therapy:

I use a neurodivergent affirming framework and specialize in Play Therapy addressing trauma, anxiety, and concerns of neurodivergent individuals and families virtually (children ages 7-11). I use creative modalities with all ages to push past your comfort zone so you can grow and move from surviving to thriving. I have additional training in grief, DBT-C.

​I schedule appointments on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, with options for hybrid in-person sessions twice per month in the Mesa office on
Sundays.

Credentials & Experience: 

• Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 

• Master of Social Work Park University with a Masters in Social Work- with a clinical concentration in Behavioral Health (with a sub-concentration in military social work)

• Working under the direct supervision of Dale Labrum, LPC Clinical Director

• Play Therapy supervision under Carmey Goodwin (in phase 2 working towards Registered Play Therapist certification)

• Trained as an IFOC Chaplain

Cash/Private pay rates:

The hourly "cash pay" rate for Angela is $140.00 for an intake and orientation.

$120.00 for follow up counseling sessions thereafter.
