I help individuals and families—especially those in military and rural communities—move through trauma, grow through complex grief, and restore their most important relationships. I also help when drinking a little too much or turning to food feels like the only way to cope, working together to rebuild body trust and create healthier patterns.
In addition, I support families navigating neurodivergence, developmental disabilities, and complex medical conditions—such as fibromyalgia—with understanding, practical tools, and compassion.
My approach combines IFS, Play Therapy, and somatic, body-based modalities, and I offer biblical integration upon request. With confidential, in-network telehealth (including TRICARE), you can connect with a provider who understands your culture while being outside your local community—giving you both privacy and access when nearby options are limited.​​

My approach to therapy:

I use a neurodivergent affirming framework and specialize in Play Therapy addressing trauma, anxiety, and concerns of neurodivergent individuals and families virtually (children ages 7-11). I use creative modalities with all ages to push past your comfort zone so you can grow and move from surviving to thriving. I have additional training in grief, DBT-C.

​I schedule appointments through out the week with many appointments as late as 9:00 pm and on Sundays as well.

Credentials & Experience: 

• Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 

• Master of Social Work Park University with a Masters in Social Work- with a clinical concentration in Behavioral Health (with a sub-concentration in military social work)

• Working under the direct supervision of Dale Labrum, LPC Clinical Director

• Play Therapy supervision under Carmey Goodwin (in phase 2 working towards Registered Play Therapist certification)

• Trained as an IFOC Chaplain

Cash/Private pay rates:

The hourly "cash pay" rate for Angela is $145.00 for the initial intake and orientation and $120.00 for follow up counseling sessions thereafter.
