I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) based in Phoenix, Arizona. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University, a CACREP-accredited program with rigorous clinical training standards.
 

I've worked with clients ages 6 to 76 across a variety of clinical settings, providing individual and group therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Clinical experience includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapeutic care, as well as working with trauma-related concerns and bereavement.

My approach is direct, structured, and collaborative, helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Emphasis is placed on accountability, clarity, and results, ensuring therapy is both supportive and productive.” I use the Gottman method in working with couples. 

 

My clinical areas of focus:

I am trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Christian counseling. Treatment is tailored to each client, focusing on practical strategies that produce measurable progress. 

While I work with all ages individually and couples, I work with Men's issues and helping clients working through grief.

Cash/Private pay rates:

The hourly "cash pay" rate for Jesse is $145.00 for the initial intake and orientation and $120.00 for follow up counseling sessions thereafter.
