CASH Pay is available for individuals that don't want to use insurance and keep their information completely private. Please see the "About Us" tab to view the individual therapist's rates. Using your insurance requires we provide a diagnosis and they can then dictate how many sessions you may have. The diagnosis becomes a part of your medical record. 

 

If your insurance is not noted above, a "Super Bill" can be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

A 24 hour (business day) notice is required for cancellations. "No Shows" for a scheduled appointment, or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $120.00 charge for the missed session. 

While we will do our best to verify your benefit information for you, it is your responsibility. Your insurance company is the only one who can determine your benefits.
