My background in both marriage and family therapy and special education has given me experience understanding individuals within the context of their relationships, families, developmental needs, and unique strengths. I bring this perspective into my work with individuals—including children and teens—couples, and families with the goal of helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.
 

I work with all ages, backgrounds, and belief systems. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling, incorporating Christian faith and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process in a way that is respectful of your beliefs, values, and personal goals. 
 

My hope is to create a space where you can be your authentic self, explore what you’re experiencing, and move toward meaningful change.
