Hi, I’m Nicole Trottier, a Licensed Associate Counselor with a heart for helping individuals, children, teens, and families feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in person-centered, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques. I support clients through anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, relationship challenges, and neurodivergent burnout—with compassion and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
 

I believe healing happens in safe, nurturing spaces where you don’t have to have it all figured out. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical tools that empower you to grow at your own pace.
