As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I've worked with people in all walks of life.

 

My background is in Child Welfare where I've had the opportunity to serve one of Arizona's most vulnerable populations for 5+ years. I also have experience in crisis response with first responders and in veterinary social work.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about providing a safe, judgement free, and empathetic experience for individuals to overcome barriers of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, acknowledging the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit.

 

My clinical areas of focus:

My specialties include working with individuals who have experienced Trauma, children and adults with ADHD, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Sand Tray Therapy.
