You are the person that holds it together for the sake of everyone else, while inside you may be questioning yourself over and over to make the “right” decision. Whether it’s staying motivated on your degree, holding down your job, organizing the family, or perhaps all three, you are the person that makes it happen. But inside you feel isolated, and there is the need to keep up the appearance that you have everything together. Maybe you feel like you can’t trust your decisions or feelings in the moment, so you hold it all together just to fall apart when nobody is looking. (Or scroll your phone until you can fall into an exhausted sleep!) 

Having spent time since the pandemic working with adults and children, my main priority is to help calm your nervous system, trust your decision-making, and get to the place where walking through storms feels possible because you have the equipment and support to do so. I use a person-centered approach so together we can work on mindfulness, challenging negative thoughts, and getting to the place where you trust yourself to wholly care for your needs. This journey can be hard, but I am here to help you every step of the way.
