My passion is to help people meet their goals. Parenting and motherhood are one of the most difficult seasons we will endure. This is even harder if you have suffered the tragedy of your child dying. Every baby matters no matter how small.

I help families navigate their life after a loss and learn how to integrate/love their baby/child into their day-to-day life. This helps to bring meaning to their traumatic loss and pain and also give them the opportunity to learn coping skills to lead to better coping and processing of their loss.

I have special training for families that have lost a child/baby. As well as being Perinatal Mental Health Certified, EMDR trained, Complicated Bereavement trained, and Family Trauma trained.

It is important to remember that it is not about what is wrong with you BUT what has happened to you. I work from an attachment focus which allows me to connect your past to your present struggles. Using EMDR we are able to alleviate your anxiety and depression symptoms. Even symptoms associated with PTSD.

 

Credentials & Experience: 

• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.  

• Working under the direct supervision of Dale Labrum, LPC Clinical Director

• EMDRIA approved training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR Trauma Therapy).
